1. Acceptance of Terms

Zemen Service is a platform that helps customers discover and book services from providers and assigned workers. Our platform includes service browsing, booking workflows, assignment tracking, status updates, and related communication features.
We do not directly provide the underlying service work unless explicitly stated. Service delivery is performed by independent providers or workers using the platform.
4. Account Registration and Security
You agree to provide accurate and current account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for their own decisions and interactions on and off the platform. Customers are responsible for selecting providers, and providers are responsible for service quality, lawful conduct, and compliance with applicable obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and does not infringe rights of others.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Impersonate another person or create false accounts.
- Interfere with service security, integrity, or operation.
- Transmit abusive, harassing, defamatory, or illegal content.
- Upload malware, malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Scrape, crawl, or automate extraction of platform data without permission.
- Use the platform in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
7. Bookings, Payments, Wallet, and Payouts
Zemen Service may include booking workflows, wallet transactions, and payout processing. Some payment operations are handled by third-party payment providers and are subject to provider rules, compliance checks, and network availability.
- You authorize us and our payment partners to process relevant transaction data.
- You are responsible for submitting correct payment and payout details.
- Transfers may be delayed or rejected for verification, compliance, or technical reasons.
- Platform transaction records may be used for reconciliation, risk control, and dispute handling.
8. Ratings, Feedback, and User Content
Users may submit ratings, reviews, profile data, and other content. You are responsible for content you publish and confirm you have rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms, legal obligations, or platform safety requirements.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms such as payments, maps, hosting, and analytics. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform rights, including software, branding, designs, and non-user content, are owned by Zulu Tech PLC or its licensors and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
11. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the services if you violate these Terms, present platform risk, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the services ends immediately.
12. Disclaimers
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or outcomes from services performed by independent providers or workers.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, use, goodwill, or data arising from use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the services or breach of these Terms.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be handled by competent courts in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, unless otherwise required by law.
